Paper Cup Frozen Salad
Paper Cup Frozen Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. commercial sour cream, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (8 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine first 6 ingredients with enough red food coloring to give a pink tint.
Lightly fold in nuts and Bing cherries. Spoon into fluted paper muffin cups (large size) which have been placed in 3-inch muffin cup pans. Freeze.
Cover with plastic wrap and store in freezer.
Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving to loosen paper cups from pan.
Peel off paper cups and place on salad greens.
Serves 12.
