Papa'S Jelly Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake, baked in 2 layers, 1 large jar apple jelly, 1 c. sugar and 1 small bag coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Slice cake layers around through the middle to make 4 thin layers.
Bring jelly to a boil; add sugar and bring back to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Spoon jelly mixture between layers.
For top layer and sides, add coconut to remaining jelly mixture.
Stir well and spread over top and sides.
