Put can of milk in refrigerator long enough to have crystallized, but not frozen.
Put bowl and beaters in refrigerator and get cold.
Crush wafers and spread in ice tray. Beat cold milk like whipped cream.
Add sugar until stiff.
Put in tray on top of crumbs, then top with crumbs.
Freeze.
Cut into servings.
