Pannekoeken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs until fluffy; add milk, flour, sugar and salt.
Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan in oven.
Tip pan to coat sides and bottom.
Pour in batter and bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Serve with syrup or warmed pie filling.
Chop bacon and oven fry it first; pour off excess grease.
Spread bacon evenly before pouring the batter over it.
This gets very high and fluffy, but falls within a minute.
Serves 3.
