Pancit Bijon
Pancit Bijon is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. cooking oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 onion, minced, 1 small cabbage, shredded and 1 large carrot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute garlic in cooking oil; add onions, carrot and cabbage. Season with soy sauce and fry for 2 minutes.
Add broth and simmer; add kintsay.
When vegetables are cooked, mix in soaked and drained bijon and season with salt and m.s.g.
Garnish with chorizo and spring onions.
