Pan Barbecue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. lean beef, cut into 3-inch cubes, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 tbsp. bacon drippings, 2 tbsp. chili powder and 1 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In iron Dutch oven, brown beef and onion over high heat in the bacon drippings.
Combine the remaining ingredients except bouillon.
Pour over the meat; add bouillon and blend.
Cover tightly; place in oven at 250Β° and cook 3 hours.
Serve as is with rice and/or beans.
