Oyster Pie
Oyster Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 doz. oysters (two 12 oz. cans), 1 small can condensed milk, 1 small onion, diced, saltine crackers and 1 tbsp. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute celery and onion in oil.
Grease large casserole dish with butter.
Layer with crackers, half of oysters, celery, onion and part of butter.
Sprinkle pepper over this.
Blend 2 eggs with chicken soup and milk.
Pour half of mixture over layers.
Repeat layers again.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325Β°.
Beat 2 eggs.
Remove the casserole from oven and top with eggs.
Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
