Overnight Veggies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can tiny green peas, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can french-style green beans, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can white shoe peg corn, drained, 1 medium onion, chopped and 3/4 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine peas, green beans, corn, onion, celery and pimento in a large bowl.
Combine in saucepan the sugar, vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, salt and black pepper.
Heat until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
