Overnight Vegetable Salad
Overnight Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can tiny green peas, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can french-style green beans, drained, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 3/4 c. finely chopped celery and 2 tbsp. chopped pimento (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In large bowl combine peas, beans, corn, onion, celery and pimentos.
In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
Heat and stir until sugar dissolves.
Pour over the vegetables.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Yield
10 to 12 servings.
