Overnight Cinnamon Rolls
Overnight Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 2 c. water, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 pkg. dry yeast and 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring sugar and 2 cups water to a boil in saucepan.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in shortening.
Let stand to cool.
Soften yeast in warm water. Combine yeast, salt and eggs with cooked mixture in mixer bowl. Add 4 cups flour, beating well.
Add 2 cups flour; beat by hand. Let rise, covered, until doubled in bulk.
Roll on floured surface. Spread with margarine.
Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
Roll up; cut into 1 1/2-inch rolls.
Place in buttered 10 x 13-inch pan.
Let rise, uncovered, in cold oven overnight.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
