Overnight Brunch
Overnight Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 slices bread, crusts removed, 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1/2 lb. monterey jack or swiss cheese, grated, 1 lb. bacon, sausage or fresh mushrooms, cooked and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Arrange bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle cheese over bread.
Cover with meat or mushrooms (or combination). Mix eggs, milk and salt.
Pour over all.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
