Made with 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck or rump roast, pepper to taste, 1/4 c. butter, melted, 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Roll roast in flour and pepper.
Brown roast in butter.
