Oven Pot Roast
Oven Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck or rump roast, pepper to taste, 1/4 c. butter, melted, 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Roll roast in flour and pepper.
Brown roast in butter.
Place in large casserole dish with lid.
Combine both soup mixes, salt and garlic and pour over roast.
Cook until done at 325Β°.
