Oven Panfish
Oven Panfish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fillets (any panfish), 2 tbsp. minced parsley, 2 tbsp. minced shallots, 1/2 c. white cooking wine and 1/2 c. breadcrumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix the parsley
Shallots together and sprinkle on the bottom of a Pyrex
Baking
The fish on top and pour the wine over
It. Mix the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and cayenne; sprinkle over
Mushrooms
Top and dot with butter, if desired.
Sprinkle
Seed over fillets. Bake, uncovered, in a 500Β°
For 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes. Baste fish with pan juices.
