Oven-Fried Shark
Oven-Fried Shark is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh shark fillets, 1/2 c. rich milk, 1 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/8 tsp. basil and 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wipe fillets with damp cloth.
Pour milk into small mixing bowl.
Add salt, pepper and basil.
Stir well.
Dip each fillet in seasoned milk then in bread crumbs.
Arrange in buttered shallow baking dish and pour melted butter on fish.
Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
