Oven Fried Drumsticks
Oven Fried Drumsticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 chicken legs, 3/4 c. flour, 3/4 c. corn flake crumbs, 2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Wipe chicken legs with damp paper towel. In clean bag, combine flour, corn flake crumbs, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and garlic.
Dip chicken in egg a couple at a time, then shake in bag to coat with flour mixture.
Arrange in greased pan.
Pour melted margarine over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 400°.
Remove foil, increase heat to 450° and bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
