Oven Fried Chicken
Oven Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken, cut up, 1/2 c. buttermilk, 1 c. sour cream, 1 tsp. soy sauce and 2/3 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Salt and pepper chicken.
Mix soy sauce and paprika with buttermilk.
Dip chicken in milk mixture, then roll in flour.
Put small amount of cooking oil in large baking dish; arrange chicken in single layer, skin side down.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes; turn and let other side brown.
Thin sour cream with a little milk and pour over top of chicken.
Bake 20 minutes more.
