Coat chicken pieces with flour in a plastic bag.
Make sure they are coated well. Heat butter and Crisco in a 13 x 9-inch pan in 425Β° oven until melted.
Place chicken in pan.
Bake 30 minutes.
Turn. Bake 30 more minutes.
