Oven Fried Chicken
Oven Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chicken (8 pieces skinned), 1/2 tbsp. salt, 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tbsp. oregano and 1/4 tbsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a small bowl, add all seasonings. Reserve 1/2 tablespoon of seasonings.
Sprinkle majority of seasonings on chicken.
Add the 1/2 tablespoon of seasonings to flour and corn meal.
In a mixing bowl, beat milk, mustard and white wine.
Dip the chicken in this mixture, then dredge in flour and corn meal.
Spray pan with vegetable spray, then spray chicken.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
