Oven Crusty Fish
Oven Crusty Fish is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. kellogg's corn flakes, crushed, 1/2 c. milk, 3 tsp. salt, 1 lb. fish fillets (fresh or frozen) and 4 tsp. vegetable oil or melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Prepare corn flakes; crush into crumbs.
Cut fish into serving pieces about 1/4 pound for each serving.
Combine milk and salt. Dip fish in milk, then in crumbs.
Arrange on well-oiled baking sheet or shallow pan.
Sprinkle fish with oil or melted margarine. Bake in a 375Β° oven for 20 minutes or until tender.
Serve with lemon, if desired.
