Oven Caramel Popcorn
Oven Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 qt. (7 1/2 c.) popped corn, 1/2 c. brown sugar, well packed, 1/4 c. margarine (1/2 stick), 2 tbsp. light corn syrup and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 200Β°.
Use 2 ungreased baking pans (9 x 13-inch). Heat sugar, margarine, syrup and salt, stirring occasionally until bubbly around edges.
Continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in baking soda until foamy. Pour on popped corn.
Stir to coat well.
Put half in each pan. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
