Oven Caramel Corn
Oven Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 c. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 250Β°.
Divide popped corn into 2 large baking pans.
Mix brown sugar, butter and corn syrup and salt in saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until it bubbles around the edge.
Cook 5 minutes more.
Take pan off heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla.
Pour equal amounts of the mixture over the popcorn.
Stir until popcorn is coated.
