Oven-Browned Potatoes
Oven-Browned Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium baking potatoes, peeled, halved lengthwise, 1/3 c. margarine or butter, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350°.
Generously grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Cut deep slits in rounded side of potatoes at 1/4-inch intervals. Place potatoes, slit side up, in greased dish.
Melt margarine in small saucepan.
Stir in garlic powder.
Spoon margarine mixture evenly over potatoes.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
Baste potatoes with melted margarine from bottom of dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake 10 to 20 minutes more until potatoes are tender.
