Melt margarine in jelly roll pan or cookie sheet in 400Β° oven. Mix together baking mix and corn.

Pat out onto waxed paper dusted with baking mix to about 1/2-inch thick.

Cut into squares about 2-inches wide.

Dip both sides into melted margarine and place in baking pan.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Easy, but delicious!
