Oven Beef Stew

Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cut in cubes, 1 onion, sliced, 2 celery ribs, cut in pieces, 4 medium to large potatoes, peeled and quartered and 4 tbsp. minute tapioca, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spray Pam on Dutch oven.
Place meat on bottom.
Layer onion, celery, carrots and potatoes on top.
Mix salt, sugar, tapioca and juice together and pour over vegetables.
Cover.
Bake at 250° for 4 hours, or if in hurry at 350° for 2 1/2 hours.
Add peas 30 minutes before removing from oven.
