Oven Beef Stew
Oven Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cubed stew meat, 3 - 4 potatoes cut into chunks, 3 carrots sliced into coins, 1 large or 2 small onion, cut in quarters and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place meat (don't brown) on bottom of large casserole dish. Add potatoes, carrots, onions, peas, stir in salt and pepper. Cover with tomato soup.
Bake covered 250 for 7 hours.
Works well in crock pot also, low temp for 8 - 10 hours.
