Oven Beef Stew
Oven Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lbs lean ground beef, 3 or 4 stalks celery cut into one in. pieces, 1 small minced onion, 6 carrots cut into 1 in. pieces and 2 tsp salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In 3 qt. casserole, place raw meat, sprinkle with salt, add onion, celery, and carrots.
Sprinkle with sugar and tapioca. Pour V8 juice over all.
Cover tightly with foil if casserole dish does not have a lid.
Bake 4 hours at 250 degrees.
You may also cube 3 or 4 small potatoes and put in with the vegetables.
