Mix water, oil and Tabasco.
Roll potatoes in this mixture. Mix cheese and Shake'n Bake, then roll potatoes in this mixture. Bake in tinfoil on a baking sheet for 30 to 40 minutes at 400Β°. May be uncovered last few minutes for baking time for crispness.
