Our Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers
Our Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium green peppers, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 small box minute rice, 1 medium onion, chopped and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut off top of peppers and scoop out seeds.
Mix ground beef, slightly cooked rice, chopped onion, salt, pepper, milk and catsup. If your pan is tall, stand up peppers and fill.
(You need a pan with a cover.)
Cook in electric skillet or bake in oven until 1/2 done.
If pan is shallow, cut peppers lengthwise and place on top of rice and ground beef mixture.
Mix undiluted soup with electric mixer.
Pour over peppers and simmer until peppers are thoroughly cooked.
