Oriental Wild Rice Casserole
Oriental Wild Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. wild rice, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can mushrooms, 1 can sliced water chestnuts and 1 can bamboo shoots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Precook wild rice in 3 cups water until tender.
Don't drain. (Cover with water and bring to a boil; turn heat down and simmer 45 to 60 minutes.)
Brown ground beef and saute onion, celery and green pepper.
Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
