Oriental Salad
Oriental Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small head nappa cabbage, sliced fine, 5 green onions, sliced thin, 1 stick oleo, 1 pkg. ramen noodles and 3/4 c. slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cabbage and green onions and refrigerate.
In small skillet melt oleo and break apart noodles; fry, stirring often, until they are golden brown.
Rake noodles out of butter.
Add slivered almonds to butter and fry about 1 minute, stirring continually.
Drain noodles and almonds on paper towel.
