Oriental Rice Casserole
Oriental Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onion, 4 oz. can mushrooms and 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown beef, celery and onions.
Drain off excess fat.
Mix in mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and soy sauce. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water; stir in mushroom soup.
Add to beef mixture.
Stir in rice.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Serves 6 to 8.
