Oriental Chicken
Oriental Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. oil, 1/2 c. bamboo shoots, 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts, 1/2 c. sliced celery and 1 c. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oil in skillet and fry vegetables over high heat 3 to 4 minutes (stirring).
Add broth, ginger, soy sauce and chicken; cover and cook 2 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of orange juice; add this to hot mixture.
Cook, stirring until slightly thick.
Add oranges and serve with almonds on top.
