Oriental Chicken
Oriental Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. oil, 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2 c. chicken broth, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cut chicken in 1/2-inch strips.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet.
Stir-fry chicken 3 to 4 minutes.
