Oriental Brussels Sprouts
Oriental Brussels Sprouts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 (7 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook bacon until crisp.
Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
Stir soy sauce into the bacon drippings.
Add chestnuts, garlic and broth.
Bring to a boil and add Brussels sprouts. Return to a boil; cover and reduce heat, cooking about 8 minutes or until sprouts are just tender.
Combine cornstarch and water and add to the pan liquid.
Cook, stirring, until thickened. Sprinkle reserved bacon over the top to serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
