Orient Express
Orient Express is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) potatoes, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can boneless, skinless salmon, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 1/4 tsp. oriental sesame oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Wash, dry and prick potatoes with a fork.
Bake or microwave until tender.
