Orange Tarragon Chicken Breasts
Orange Tarragon Chicken Breasts is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. tarragon and juice of 1 orange, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Season chicken breasts with salt and garlic powder.
Brown chicken breasts in a little cooking oil in skillet.
Remove from pan and discard oil.
Put back in pan and add orange juice from one orange, about 1/2 cup water, tarragon, bell pepper and celery, orange peel, lemon basil or lemon flavored herb and braise on medium heat until chicken is done, about 30 minutes.
Add cornstarch to 1/4 cup water and blend.
Add this to skillet and thicken sauce.
Serves 4.
