Orange-Tarragon Butter

(1 stick) butter, softened, 2 tsp. tarragon leaves, crushed, 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a bowl of food processor fitted with a metal wing blade, place butter, tarragon, orange peel, salt and black pepper; process using on and off motions until combined, about 30 seconds. (Or place all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir until combined.) Serve with hot cooked corn-on-the-cob or other steamed vegetables.
Makes 1/2 cup.
