Orange Sugar Cookies
Orange Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar and 2 tsp. grated orange peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In small bowl, combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat margarine, 3/4 cup sugar, orange peel and vanilla until creamy.
Add egg product; beat for 1 minute.
Gradually stir in flour.
Mix until blended.
Chill dough for 1 hour.
Shape dough into 42 (3/4-inch) balls; roll in remaining sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until light browned.
Cool on wire rack.
Wrap and store at room temperature for up to 4 days.
Makes 42.
