Orange Sherbet Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large orange jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 pt. orange sherbet, 1 c. heavy cream, whipped and 1 can mandarin oranges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve jello in hot water; add sherbet and mix well.
When partially set, add orange slices and fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart bowl or ring mold.
Chill to set.
