Orange Sherbet Salad
Orange Sherbet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 pt. orange sherbet, 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip and 1 can mandarin oranges, drained and cut in bite-sized pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Prepare orange pieces and drain pineapple.
Set aside. Dissolve the jello in boiling water.
Add sherbet and stir until dissolved.
Fold in the Cool Whip and mix well.
Add the pineapple and orange pieces.
Mix well and pour into a glass dish or mold and chill until firm.
