Orange Salad
Orange Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, water, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin and 1 pt. orange sherbet, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain oranges and pineapple, reserving juices.
Add water to juices to measure 2 cups.
Place in saucepan and bring to a boil; pour over gelatin in large bowl.
Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in sherbet until smooth.
Chill until partially set (watch carefully).
Fold in oranges, pineapple and bananas.
Pour into 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
