Orange Juice Cake
Orange Juice Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 3/4 c. water, 1 pkg. jell-o (lemon or orange), 3/4 c. cooking oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix with beater, adding eggs, one at a time, while beating. Bake in oven at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
As soon as cake is removed, punch small holes about 2-inches apart with toothpick.
Pour 1 cup orange juice mixed with 1 cup sugar over cake.
Let stand until mixture hardens.
Cake will have a pleasant glaze.
Do not heat orange juice and completed cake must not be placed back in oven.
