Orange Jelly
Orange Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 6 oranges, sliced (peel included), 3/4 c. lemon juice, 2 1/4 c. water and 1 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Add lemon juice to water.
Pour over oranges.
Let stand overnight.
Boil until soft; press through jelly bag and strain. To each 2 cups of juice, add 1 3/4 cups sugar.
Boil rapidly to jelly stage.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses.
