Orange-Glazed Yams
Orange-Glazed Yams is an easy dinner. Made with 6 yams, cooked, peeled and sliced, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled and 1/2 c. chopped pecans or almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Butter a 2-quart baking dish.
Arrange potato slices in buttered baking dish.
In small bowl, combine orange-juice concentrate, sugar and bacon.
Pour juice mixture over potatoes.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake until heated through, about 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
