Orange-Cranberry Sauce
Orange-Cranberry Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. ground ginger and 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain oranges, reserving 1/4 cup of syrup.
In 2-quart saucepan, cook cranberries, sugar, ginger and reserved syrup. Cook covered on high 7 to 11 minutes or until cranberries pop. Stir twice during cooking.
Stir in oranges and nuts; chill. Makes 3 cups.
