Orange Cranberry Muffins
Orange Cranberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or shortening, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. mandarin orange segments, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
At low speed cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and mix until blended.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
Add mandarin orange segments and grated cranberries.
Mix well.
Grease muffin pan well with butter, greasing top surface of pan as well as cups.
Fill muffin cups fairly full.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 375Β° oven.
Serves 12.
