Orange-Cranberry Cake
Orange-Cranberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain pineapple; reserve syrup.
Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Stir in dates and nuts.
Combine pineapple with eggs, cranberry sauce, oil and orange peel.
Stir into dry mixture. Pour into 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cool in pan on rack 15 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
