Orange Coconut Muffins
Orange Coconut Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 3/4 c. whole wheat flour, 2/3 c. toasted wheat germ, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large bowl, combine flours, wheat germ, sugar, coconut, baking soda and salt.
In small bowl, combine sour cream, eggs and oranges.
Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
Fold in nuts.
Spoon into paper lined muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
Bake in preheated 400Β° oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
