Orange Charlotte is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) orange jell-o, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 1 pt. orange sherbet and 1 (8 oz.) box whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain mandarin oranges; use the liquid to dissolve Jell-O.
Add enough water to liquid to make 2 cups.
Heat to boiling; add Jell-O, then add the sherbet so it dissolves.
Cool and refrigerate until partially congealed.
Whip in topping until mixed very well. Fold in orange sections.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
