Orange Brisket
Orange Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 5 lb. brisket, 2 medium sliced onions, 1 c. orange juice, 1/2 c. red sweet wine and 2 tbsp. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Season meat with salt, garlic salt and paprika.
Place onions in bottom of roasting pan; place meat on top.
Make sauce of remaining ingredients; pour over roast.
Let stand about 1 hour or do day before to marinate.
Roast at 350Β°, covered, for about 3 hours, basting time to time.
Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
